Before I tell you about today’s card I want to update you on some Stampin’ news.  I just returned from Dallas TX where I attended a new Stampin’ Up! event called OnStage.   I have seen the upcoming Occasions catalog as well as the Sale-a-bration brochure and I’m so excited!!!!   I can’t wait for you to see them!!!

I need to place my order to have the catalog and brochure mailed out to all my customer’s by the end of November.    If you placed an Online Order with me in the last 3 month’s you are already on my list to receive both the Occasions catalog and the Sale-a-bration brochure.    If you place an order with me by November 29 you will receive both of these issues for free.

Now for today’s card:

Today’s Tuesday’s Tips & Techniques card is the Stamped Embossed Backgrounds all done on the Woodland Textured Impressions Embossing folder.

I’ve combined a couple of past techniques and created a WOW card featuring the different techniques. No worries about it taking an extra long time they all flow together beautifully and you will end up with a gorgeous sparkly card.

I’m not sure if you can see it in the picture very well but I’ve added the Dazzling Diamonds to the white trees using the two-way glue pen; adding sparkle to your embossed images.

The colors I used were Marina Mist, Night of Navy and Mossy Meadow.

The Stamp set is Woodland from the Holiday catalog.

Use a sentiment of your choice and I punched it out using the word window punch and matted it onto the new Washi tape punched piece.
