This week’s Technique Tuesday card features the Seashells 3D Embossing Folder from Stampin’ Up! This embossing folder is part of my Customer Appreciation PDF file for March featuring the Sand and Sea Suite product suite.

I call this technique the Sanded Embossed Background technique and we are going to be using the Sand & Sea Designer Series Paper to create this card.

The card base is Rococo Rose and it is one of the In Colors that will be on the next retiring list.  I suggest if you want any of the 2019/2021 In Colors you get them now before they are gone for good.  These generally sell out before the retired list is even announced.  The ribbon is also going to be on the retiring list so if you like it; you better grab it.

The sentiment is from the Friends are like Seashells stamp set.  I die cut out the sentiment using the Tasteful Labels dies.

A couple of Opal Rounds and you have yourself a pretty simple but beautiful card.
