Last night was my monthly card club and the featured product was Washi Tape. We had a lot of fun making different cards using the Washi Tape in different ways.

Here is one of the cards they made:

The piece on the front of this card is a pocket which holds a gift card.

The Gingham Garden Designer Washi tape #129314 $4.95 was used to create this pocket. We took two pieces of Very Vanilla card stock cut 3″ X 3 1/4″ and ran the Washi tape along the 2 sides and across the bottom creating a pocket. We then stuck it to the Gumball Green card stock 3 1/4″ X 3 1/2″.

We used the Epic Day This and That Designer Washi Tape #131269 $4.95 to create the little candle on the front of the pocket.

The little candle flame is from the Merry Minis Punch Pack #126882 $16.95 (on the carry over list for Christmas).
