I paired it with the Basket Weave 3D embossing folder; reminding me of a basket full of tulips.  We usually have tulips beginning to bloom here in Michigan with Tulip Time in Holland, MI just around the corner.  Sadly this year Tulip Time has been cancelled.  Never in the history of Tulip Time has the festival been cancelled.

You will notice the larger Tulips were popped up.  I stamped them onto a piece of Whisper White card stock and then used the punch to punch them out.  But, to add more dimension I hand cut out the center of the punched tulips and then popped them up.
