It’s Technique Tuesday and I have a fun and different technique to show you using the Seashells 3D Embossing Folder.  I call this technique the Antiquing with 3D Embossing Folders.  I wish you could see this card in person as it is just beautiful and shimmery.

This technique requires: watercolor paper, Ink Refills, Ink Pad, 3D Embossing Folder, Shimmer Paint and the Stampin’ Up! spritzer.
