What do you do with those little left over square pieces from the Best Plaid Builder Dies?

Why you create quilt cards; at least that’s what I did with the left overs.  By using the left over squares from the Plaid Builder Dies you have the perfect size squares with adhesive back to create quick and easy quilt cards.  Mix and match your squares for a pattern or a crazy quilt.

I took my left over squares from a couple of different plaid cards I made an combined them to create today’s Baby Boy quilt card.  A bit retro color scheme but, I think the perfect colors for a boy card.

The colors on this card are: Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry and Pear Pizzazz.

I used the Tasteful Textiles 3D Embossing Folder to give my “quilt” some texture; after I had all my squares attached and my piece cut down to size.

The sentiment and dies are from the So Sentimental Bundle.  My nephew and his wife just had a little boy and I think this will be the perfect card to send to them.
