Yesterday I got to thinking about the upcoming graduations and decided to use the new Stampin’ Up! Pomp & Circumstance stamp set #134165 $18.95 or #134168 $14.95.

I used the sketch challenge for my Red Hot Stampers group this week to provide the layout of my card.

I decided to go with Red, Black, White and Silver. I think this is a good color combination for graduation cards if you are not sure of the school colors.

At first I just had the graduation hat but then thought I needed the diploma as well.

I like to use the Square Lattice Impressions folder to give a little texture to the Real Red Strip.

I knew this would be the perfect sketch to use my new Banner Framelits dies #132173 $26.95 on as well.
