What inspired me to create this project was Weddings! My son’s girlfriend has been taking a lot of engagement pictures this fall. Fall is a beautiful time in Michigan to take pictures as the colors are changing and it is a little bit cooler outside so you can wear those nice sweaters; great time for engagement photos.

Well with engagements come weddings thus my project for today. Now don’t get me wrong this project would make an awesome gift for anyone. Someone’s birthday maybe? Fill it with a necklace and earrings? Hmmm; to bad my birthday has passed.

Now I was originally thinking of Bridesmaid gifts; like I said this little pillow box die would hold a necklace and earrings perfectly. Just the packaging alone is gorgeous and when they find out you made it; it makes the gift all that much more special; don’t you think?

I don’t think you can ever go wrong with black and gold embossing just so beautiful.

The pillow box could also hold some fine chocolates as well; the ideas are limitless.
