Artisan Embellishments

Today’s simple Saturday card was made using the Artisan Embellishment Kit. This little kit comes with ribbon, pearls, stencils, buttons, flowers, and doilies etc. I took the stencil and the velvet Blackberry Bliss ribbon and created this beautiful card.

I cut a piece of Whisper White card stock the same size as the “rose stencil”. I first sponged on the Wisteria Wonder ink and then came back over the top with the Blackberry Bliss ink.

I matted this piece on a piece of Blackberry Bliss card stock and then on a piece of Whisper White card stock.

The larger piece of Blackberry Bliss card stock was run through the Big Shot inside the Spring Flowers textured impressions folder.

The card base is Whisper White.

The sentiment is from the Petite Pairs stamp set stamped on Whisper White using the Blackberry Bliss ink and punched out with the large oval punch. The scallop oval punch was used for the Blackberry Bliss card stock mat.

The little Blackberry Bliss velvet ribbon was wrapped around the front and another piece tied in a knot on the front.

This would be so pretty in an array of colors. I’m thinking maybe each of the new In Colors would make a great card assortment. Stay tuned 🙂
