Here’s a fun gift card holder created using the Painting with Shimmer Paint technique. I used the Birthday Cheer stamp set to create this fun card.

I stamped the presents with Black Memento ink and colored them in with the Shimmer Paint mixed with Mango Melody and Flirty Flamingo Re-inkers. I then hand cut them out.

The background piece was made using the stamp from the set and randomly stamping all over using the Mango Melody and Flirty Flamingo inks.

The sentiment was stamped and then punched using the Pretty Label punch. To get the mat behind it I punched the Flirty Flamingo card stock twice and offset them behind the Whisper White tag.

On the inside I stamped the cupcake and colored it in with the Shimmer paint mixture.

To finish it off I added a little Rhinestone to the tags on the present and the sentiment.
