Thursday night’s live class was all about creating Eight One Sheet Wonder Mystery Stamping Dainty Flowers Cards. It was a hoot and I hope all that attended enjoyed the show!   If you would like for Bill and I to do more Mystery Stamping One Sheet Wonder cards let me know.

I really like how some of the cards turned out and other’s are just Okay; it’s hard creating on the fly knowing what I should have prepped ahead of time and what people are going to like and choose.  It does make for exciting conversation though.

Now let’s take a closer look at last night’s One Sheet Wonder Mystery Stamping Ideas Dainty Flowers Cards:

These were the first two cards we created using the One Sheet Wonder pieces.  Remember we used just a 6 X 12 piece of the Designer Series Paper and made 8 cards.

I also used the New Online Exclusive Basics 3D Embossing Folders on the cards; at least the cross hatch and star burst patterns.  These are the names I gave the folders; they come 3 folders in the pack and are called Basics 3D Embossing Folders.  You will find a link down below in this blog post to ALL the Online Exclusive products.

The colors we worked with during the Mystery Stamping Class were: Basic White, Fresh Freesia, Pear Pizzazz, and Rich Razzleberry.  I pulled these colors from the paper pack.

Next up were these two vertical cards.  To create the sentiment strips for these cards we used the Stylish Shapes dies and added pieces of the shapes underneath the sentiments to add some color and dimension.  I also used a couple of the flower dies from the Dainty Delight Bundle.   I added a few of the Brushed Brass Butterflies to one of the cards and the other we added the Pearls to the flowers and the sentiment strip.

For these two cards we used the same pattern as the vertical ones except we went horizontally this time.  I would say for both the vertical and the horizontal cards I like the cards with the Fresh Freesia under the sentiment better than the Basic White under the sentiment.  We had a good time going back and forth with how to embellish and decorate these 4 cards; well all the cards really.   It was great having Bill help me last night as I didn’t have to worry so much about watching the computer screens to see what everyone wanted me to use.  He doesn’t know all the colors everyone was saying or the abbreviations to those colors; he got stuck on the PP (Pear Pizzazz) and he thought that was hilarious which in turn got me laughing to the point of snorting and almost PP-ing my pants! hahahaha. It was a good time!

The final two cards were fun fold cards which turned out pretty nice if I do say so myself.  I had no idea how any of the cards were going to turn out but overall I think they are very nice; but with the Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper it is pretty hard not to get some gorgeous cards.
