This bright and fun card can be used for so many occasions; I’m thinking graduation or a birthday.  I love how they stamped the sentiment and then punched it with the punch so the sails on the boat have sentiments.

This card could also be used for a graduation card.  I love the look you can achieve by cutting strips and adhering them crocked and on an angle.
