The Stampin’ Up! annual catalog will soon be making its debut and with it comes the New In Colors. This year’s colors are so pretty; I know you will love them!  If you remember last year’s colors were more Autumn colors and I think this year’s colors are softer like Spring or Summer.  Last year’s colors had to grow on me, but this year’s colors are right up my alley!

With new colors coming in that means we are saying goodbye right now to the following colors from 2022-2024:

  • Sweet Sorbet
  • Parakeet Party
  • Tahitian Tide
  • Starry Sky
  • Orchid Oasis

These colors and all the accessories in these colors are on the retired list and will be gone after April, if not before as they are while supplies last.  So, if you have some of these as favorites you might just want to stock up on the paper and things before you can’t get them anymore.

Like I mentioned these colors were not my favorite, but once I started creating cards and using them with the designer series papers, they soon become some of my favorite colors.

We all hate to see colors go, but super excited to see the new colors coming in as well.  If you are new to my blog, then you probably are not aware of my In Color Club.  What is this?  Each year when the Stampin’ Up! annual catalog comes out with the new colors I hold a club offering all the new colors and accessories over a period of 5 months.  Each month each club participant receives one of the new colors in cardstock, ink pads, ink refills, blends, markers, gems, jewels, ribbon, and designer series paper; plus, a box of 5 handmade cards using all the new colors from me.  So, after the 5 months they have received all the new In Colors plus 25 handmade cards from me.  As a bonus they also will be receiving the New Basic Beige cardstock, ink pad and ink refill.

These 5 cards are just a sample of what the club members will receive each month.  This group of cards features the new Layers of Beauty stamp set and the new Shimmer Gems in all 5 new colors.  This year all the club cards will feature the Layers of Beauty bundle and I’ll also be using different sentiment stamp sets throughout the 5 months as I like to send a box of assorted cards that can be used for different occasions.  I did use the same sentiment on all of today’s cards, but for club members they would receive a variety of sentiments on their cards.  I generally feature a variety of stamp sets and bundles, but this year I thought I would focus on one bundle and use it for all 5 months of cards.  If club members purchase this bundle from me they will receive additional PDF files using this gorgeous bundle.
