Technique Tuesday – Features the Gilded Leafing with the Tear and Tape technique. This is a great way to add a little strip of gold to your cards or projects; quick and easily.

On this card I did a masking technique as well as used the Gilded Leafing.  I first added a mask across the center and used the Lovely You stamp set for the flowers and the sentiment.

The Stampin’ Up! ink pad colors I used were Coastal Cabana, Daffodil Delight, Flirty Flamingo and Shaded Spruce.  I thought they were the perfect Spring colors and with the sentiment “Smile”; I thought it would put a Smile on your face.

It may be a bit hard to see on the photo but I added the Gold Glitter Enamel Dots.
