It’s Fun Fold Friday – Today I’ll show you how to create a graduation hat fun fold card that any grad would love to receive.  Not only is this a graduation card but it also is a gift card holder.  You could say today’s fun fold is a twofer card and gift card holder all in one!

I’ve created these graduation cards in Black/Gray and White/Navy but you can create them in any colors that you need.  It’s nice to incorporate the school colors in this graduation card.

I will also show you how to create the graduation tassels for your graduation card.  All you need is some twine.  The Twine I used was in the Well Suited Twine pack; which has Basic Gray and Navy in the pack.

The Sentiments are from the Many Mates stamp set which is retiring soon!  Now is the time to grab this stamp set before it is gone for good!  There are a couple of sentiments in this stamp set that I think would work great for graduation cards.  The one I used on this card is the “This calls for a huge celebration!” and the other sentiment is “You totally earned it!”  I suppose you could also use the “Today is all about you!” sentiment as well.

See the bottom has a pocket so you can place a gift card inside or check or cash; whatever the case may be.  You have plenty of room to write a note on the inside either at the top or the bottom of the card.
