I wish you could see this card in person as the stenciled background is full of shimmer and shine.  I mixed the Balmy Blue ink refill with the Champagne Mist Shimmer paint to give it a beautiful sparkle and shine.

Additional supplies needed are the Stitched Rectangle Dies; Layering Oval Dies and the Shimmery White card stock.  The stamp set is the Dove of Hope Bundle.
