What do you do when you go to Grandma’s Cottage? You craft of course! Hippiest Hippos free Sale-a-bration stamp set and some popsicle sticks for the win!

You know Sophia and Gigi love to craft; so this weekend brought out some stamping and popsicle stick fun.

Sophia did a little spotlighting technique with the Hippiest Hippo and the Blending Brushes.    We hit up the local dollar store for a glue gun and some popsicle stick to create a frame for their artwork.   If you are looking for busy work for the littles in your life grab some markers, colors and popsicle sticks.  Have them color the sticks and then help them glue them together to create a frame.  Use glitter glue sticks to add some dots of glitter.

We need to add a little string to the top so they can hang them up or put a magnet on the backside to put on the refrigerator.  I think we’ll add a magnet that’s the quickest option.  The Flag created out of popsicle sticks is a coaster for grandma’s coffee.

4th of July fireworks were a hit last night and the girls did great!  They both had naps so they could stay up and watch the fireworks from the boat.  It was a great night had by all; hope your 4th is fabulous as well.
