It’s Make It Monday and this week I have a super cute Tag for your Caramel Apple Treats! You can give this as a birthday gift or give it to a teacher just because.  The choice is yours; but, the recipient will LOVE it no matter what the occasion is.

This is my birthday week and if you follow me on my Facebook page then you know I love caramel apples!  I think I like them more than cake, cupcakes, cookies or any dessert.
