Today I’ll show you how to create quick and easy Halloween cards with just paper!  That’s right no stamps involved with this card; just the fun Them Bones Designer Series Paper.   Remember that print I showed you in my One Sheet Wonder video on September 28, 2023 if you missed the video you can watch the replay HERE.  If you would like to see that blog post with the cards from the video up close you can check out that blog post HERE.

This card was created with a couple different prints from the pack as well as 3 different prints from that one sheet I showed in the video.  The skeletons and the dog skeleton were all hand cut from the print and popped up on the card front.  The scenic background was a print from the pack just cut down to 4″ X 5 1/4″ and attached to the basic black card front.

The BOO was another print from the Them Bones Designer Series Paper that I just hand cut out the word and popped it up onto the card front.  This is the perfect card to create with kids as you can hand cut out the images and they can pop them up onto the card front to create their scary scene!

For the inside of the halloween cards I didn’t stamp either all I did was cut out another print from the pack and attached it to the inside of the card; leaving a space to write a note and sign your name.  There are lots of prints that you could use to add to the inside as well as the outside.

What do you and your family do on Halloween?  I must admit when my kids were little, we did not take them Trick or Treating; instead, we would get pizza and a movie and have a movie night.  Okay let me back track here; we did take the older two kids when they were little but found that they would be sick after going; way too much sugar and it just never failed they would get sick.  So, I said enough of that, and we skipped the Halloween trick or treating and went to movie nights instead.  Now that our kids are all grown and have kids of their own, we all go to my oldest son’s house on Halloween.  We have dinner together and then the grandkids hand out candy and yes, they do go trick or treating, and my daughter will exchange their candy for money instead.   They get to experience trick or treating and then they get the money to go to the store and buy something they really wanted instead of eating all that candy and getting sick.  No matter how you spend your Halloween I hope it is a safe and enjoyable night.
