I used Versamark to ink up the dress and then I embossed it using the Pool Party embossing Powder #129398 $4.75. I tied the Pool Party 3/8 Ruffled Ribbon #122975 $9.95 around the waist like a belt.

I’m not sure what this card style is called. It is kind of like a stair step card but I think I’ve also heard it is called a funky fold.
