See the puffed Paint on the swags.  So pretty in person.  I sprayed the whole card with the Champagne Mist shimmer paint mixed with Alcohol mixed in the Stampin’ Spritzer.

I also ran the whole background piece through my die cutting machine inside the Subtle Embossing Folder.

I colored the sprigs in with the Balmy Blue Blend.

The flowers and additional foliage are from the Frosted Frames Dies that coordinate with the stamp set.
