Here is my take on the Freshly Made Sketches (FMS400) for this week. This was a challenge sketch that I issued to my team members this week.

I combined the Woven Threads Designer Series Paper with the To A Wild Rose Bundle. The Woven Threads Designer Series Paper is part of the Woven Threads Suite of products.

I paired the Woven Threads Designer Series Paper with my featured stamp set for this month “To A Wild Rose Bundle”. I stamped the Rose in Seaside Spray bringing out the blue in the Designer Paper. First I stamped the Rose outline image in Black Memento ink and then the second rose image in Seaside Spray inking and stamping it twice and the 3rd Rose image in Seaside Spray again only inking and stamping it once. I did use the Stamparatus.

When I posted the sketch to my team I said I can’t wait to see what you come up with. It’s a pretty generic sketch with so many possibilities

It’s hard to see in the photo by I attached the Woven Threads Designer Series Paper to the Whisper White cards tock and ran it through my die cutting machine inside the Subtle Embossing Folder. The Designer Paper already had that look to it so it really isn’t that noticeable on the printed paper.

The To A Wild Rose Bundle has the Sentiment Framelit die and the Black Leaves were also die cut from that bundle of dies.

The Sentiment is from the To A Wild Rose Bundle and I die cut it out using the Stitched Shapes dies.

I did have a Pearl in the center of my Rose but it fell off and I didn’t realize it until after I took my pictures. I glued it on with the liquid glue so it won’t be falling off again!
