My Presentation Flowering Fields One Sheet Wonder Cards

My presentation for the Team Retreat last Saturday was Mystery Stamping and of course I did One Sheet Wonder cards featuring the Flowering Fields Designer Series Paper. You will get 12 cards from just 1 sheet! I create 6 cards using a 1/2 sheet of 12 x 12 during the retreat but for today’s LIVE I used the whole 12 x 12 sheet and created 2 of each design for a total of 12 cards.

In the video I used Pool Party instead of Balmy Blue both are very pretty with the Flowering Fields paper but I think I like the Balmy Blue cardstock better. That’s just my opinion. I would love to hear what you think?

Let’s take a closer look at each of the cards.

Card #1 is pretty simple and basic stamping. The sentiments I used on these cards were all from the Celebrating You stamp set; in the video I added some sentiments from the Flowering Tulips Stamp Set. The dies I used to die cut the sentiments are all from the Tasteful Labels dies.

Card #2 is another simple basic card. The backgrounds on my cards were embossed with the Tasteful Textiles 3D embossing folder. I also added the Real Red Rhinestones to all the sentiments; got to have my bling!

Card #3 was a bit stepped up making this a fun fold card. I like to use the same size piece of designer series paper and create a variety of cards using it in different ways and layouts.

Card #4 was stepped up just a bit further making this an easel card. The sentiment in the video was stamped a bit crooked but the card still turned out beautiful. The Flowering Fields designer series paper is perfect for Mother’s Day or Easter cards as Tulips are a sign of Spring here in Michigan.

Card #5 is a double front fun fold card. Do you like different stamping techniques or different layouts? I guess this might qualify for both of those options; it is a different layout but also a fun fold so I guess that qualifies as a different technique as well.

Card #6 and the final card is a faux center step technique card. This was the most difficult card for the team at the retreat; you just need to watch your cutting and scoring on this card and it will turn out beautiful.
