Everything on today’s card is from the upcoming Holiday catalog. The stamp set I used is the new “Seasonally Scattered” and the embossed background is the new “Filigree Frame Textured Impressions Embossing Folder”.

We had a few days off so we decided to slip away to the cottage for a couple of days. School will be starting soon so we wanted to get to the cottage before the routine has to start up again.

I took all my supplies I purchased from the Holiday catalog so I could assemble all the stamp sets and when I return home get a jump start on samples for my upcoming Holiday Catalog Open House Party.

The only problem is I have limited supplies with me so I have to get used to making cards on limited supplies. Which isn’t always a bad thing. Your cards become more simple but still beautiful.

I have a few markers with me so I decided to go with a variegated look using Pacific Point, Marina Mist and Tempting Turquoise markers.

I thought the Filigree Frame went well with the stamped Merry.

Yes a simple card but still very pretty.
