Last night was my final evening creating One Sheet Wonder Cards with this month’s  Lovely & Beautiful Specialty Designer Series Paper, which was included in this month’s Stamp Camp at Home Card Club kits.

From just one 12″ x 12″ sheet of this gorgeous paper, I created three fun fold cards that double as gift card holders. I love how versatile a single sheet can be when you have a great cutting pattern—and this one really delivers!

The best part? The cutting and scoring measurements are exactly the same for all three cards. Once your paper is prepped, you can mix things up with different orientations and folds to create completely unique designs.

Here’s a look at the three variations I shared:

• Horizontal Fun Fold Gift Card Holder – Same base design

Card #1 was created in the horizontal direction.  For this fold, the score lines are at 1 1/2″ and 6 3/4″. While I scored Card #2 a bit differently, it ends up with the same finished design—just another way to achieve the same result depending on your preference.

To embellish this card, I brought in the Beautifully Adorned Ephemera Pack, which adds gold sparkle and vellum appeal to the card.  The sentiment comes from the Beautifully Celebrated Bundle, tying everything together beautifully.

As you can see in this photo, the 1 1/2″ section is folded to the inside to create a pocket for your gift card holder, cash, or check. I’ve also added a piece of Basic White cardstock for stamping or writing your inside message.

• Vertical Fun Fold Gift Card Holder – A classic layout that beautifully showcases the paper design while keeping the gift card tucked securely inside.

Card #2 is in the vertical direction, and the scoring for this card was a bit different but turned out the same—mostly because I decided the paper looked better in the vertical direction. This time, I used the Beautifully Celebrated Dies and the Simply Beautiful stamp set. I embossed the sentiment onto a Basic White die cut using Versamark and gold embossing powder, then matted it onto a piece of Petal Pink cardstock and finally adhered it to a gold foil die cut. To finish, I added the gold and white ribbon for the final touch.

• Matchbook Style Gift Card Holder – Such a fun twist! This interactive design is perfect for gifting and adds a little surprise element when opened.

The final card is cut and scored the same as the first two, with just one additional cut. By making this single extra cut, I transformed the simple fun fold gift card holder into a Matchbook card. Again, I used the Beautifully Celebrated Dies and the Simply Beautiful stamp set.

Each card includes a pocket to hold a gift card, check, or even cash—making these designs perfect for birthdays, weddings, graduations, or any special occasion.
