Use simple Stamping Techniques to create fun One Sheet Wonder cards in a flash! These can be done with 6 x 6 sheets of Designer Series Paper or 12 X 12 prints. You can check out last night’s class in the video found below in this post.   Last night’s stamping technique was the double time technique.  This is a fun technique that you can do with printed papers or stamp up a piece of cardstock and create your own printed paper.  Then use any framelit dies you have, to cut it into layers.  I only did one layer on this card; in the past I’ve done two layers creating the triple time technique.

If you tuned in last night then you saw how I created this card and what I did with the remaining 2″ strip that was cut off from the side of this 6 x 6 print.  I actually gave three different options for the use of that strip.

Option #1:

The obvious option was to use that left-over strip on the front of a second card.  This option actually used more of the designer series paper as I used the left-over bottom strip on the inside of this card and on the front of this card.  Can you spot where I used it on the front?  If you guessed underneath the sentiment banner then you are correct.  I used the Stylish Shapes dies to die cut out my sentiment for both of the cards.  The sentiments are part of the coordinating Garden Meadow Bundle which coordinates with the Meandering Meadows Designer Series Paper.

Option #2 & #3:

For the second and third option you could add the strip to the inside of your card as is which is shown on the far left.  The center photo is using it on the front and the card on the right is showing that strip cut in half at 1″ X 5 1/4″ and adhered to a piece of Very Vanilla cardstock and added to the inside of the card.  After looking over my cards I cut the 3/4″ off at the top of my card not the bottom as I showed in the video; so there you have it no matter if you cut the bottom portion off or the top portion off you end up with a gorgeous card or cards.
