These are more of Sophia’s Brayered Embossing Folder Backgrounds.  On Sunday Sophia came over and wanted to stamp; so we went in my stamp room and did the Brayered Embossing Folder technique.

We did a video and I forgot to change the camera angles once again; but you will see Sophia doing the technique.

Sophia was having a lot of fun Brayering all the different color inks on the embossing folder.  Here is the Gorgeous Grape ink brayered onto the Country Floral Embossing Folder and then the Highland Heather card stock was placed inside the folder and run through the Big Shot.

I had to send out 2 Sympathy cards this week; so Sophia’s backgrounds came in handy.

This time she brayered Melon Mambo onto the Country Floral Embossing Folder and the card stock we put inside the folder this time was the Petal Pink.

On this card she also brayered Melon Mambo on the Country Floral Embossing Folder and we put Very Vanilla inside the Embossing Folder.  I needed a birthday card for my upline France Martin; so this was mailed out to Frenchie.

Each background was a bit different depending on how much ink she brayered onto the embossing folder and what color card stock we used inside the embossing folder.

I think the brayering of the ink onto the embossing folders helps to bring out the embossed image.
