Today I want to share with you the beautiful handmade Christmas cards my family and I received this holiday season. It is so much fun to open up all those envelopes and see the beautiful handmade cards inside from family and friends.

Before we take a look at these beautiful cards, my family and I received this holiday season. I just want to take a minute to thank everyone who sent me cards for Christmas as well as thinking of you and get well wishes during my recovery from my wrist surgery.  I continue to go to physical therapy each week, hoping to get better movement and less pain so that I can get back to doing what I love best, stamping, blogging, and creating videos for you.  It has been a much longer process than I had anticipated. I’m so appreciative of my family for helping me out, during this time, not only with my household chores, but with my Stamping business.   I also want to thank you my blog followers and customers for keeping my business afloat; with your kind words, cards and orders.  It means so much to me and brightens my spirits when I open up those handmade cards.

Now let’s take a look at these beautiful Christmas cards that we received:

You may recognize this card as it features the Shepherds care stamp set.  This card was sent to us by France Martin you may know her as Frenchie.  France and I became friends through Stampin’ Up!  We met at our first incentive trip, which was Hawaii back in the day.  Since meeting in Hawaii, France and I and our husbands have become fast friends and travel together through Stampin’ Up!, as well as on our own.  This past summer we met up in Montana and spent two weeks traveling around Montana taking in all the beautiful scenery.  In fact, while on that trip, France was coloring all her shepherds for her Christmas cards while I worked on cards for my Stamp camp at Home card club.  Yes, even while on vacation we stamp and plan our upcoming events, while our husbands go fly fishing.

This card was sent to me by Sara Hoogendoorn, who is on my team.  Sara lives near me and has been on my team since I started Stampin’ Up! years ago.  Sara is very gifted when it comes to stamping and water coloring her handmade cards.  Yes, this was no store bought card. Sara created this card and even signs it in the corner, which I love.  Every year. I look forward to seeing Sara’s beautiful handmade Christmas card.

This card was done by Amy Walters, another team member of mine.  You may recognize a few elements on this card, which came from November’s paper pumpkin kit Filled with Joy.  Amy used the ornaments and tags from the kit on her card front.  You may recall this particular kit was a 3-D project kit featuring Christmas stockings.  Amy took the contents from the kit and created a beautiful card with it instead of adding the tags to the stockings she used them on her card fronts.

I used the stockings from the kit as gift card holders or money holders.  They were the perfect size and I even was able to slip in a little note card and candy cane.

These stockings could be hung from the tree, placed on a gift, or in my case I use them on the bingo table.  They were a hit as I had cash enclosed in my stockings.  My Paper pumpkin subscribers receive a PDF file at the end of the month featuring the stamp set that comes in their paper pumpkin box.  This way they can use the kit as it was intended, but have more ideas on what they can do with the stamp set that was enclosed in their kit. This card was sent to me by Joy Mayer and I love how she used this little trailer to create this beautiful Christmas winter scene.  Not to mention this trailer reminds me of my logo The Stamp Camp how cool is that?  There is a lot of detail in this card which makes it striking and stand out. She embossed the background and that trailer has lots of intricate dies attached to it. This card is truly special and a work of art.

This card was sent to us by Carol another one of my teammates.  I love how she cut the designer series paper into rectangles and attached them on the card front creating a quilt pattern. This is a great way to use up paper pieces on a card and not to mention how many cards you can create from paper pieces.  The silver foiling for the sentiment piece as well as on the ribbon, makes this a showstopper card.  I love the look of this vintage paper, which reminds me of my childhood Christmases.

This card came from Rebecca another one of my team members.  I love the simplicity of this card which just goes to show you that using designer series paper and a sentiment you can create a beautiful card in no time.  Quick and easy cards are my go to cards, especially these days.  I loved designer series paper for just that reason.

This card was sent to me by my customer Bonnie.  Bonnie is a part of my Stamp camp at home card club which I so appreciate.  This particular card is a fun fold card, as only the right-hand side opens up and the left-hand side with the plaid print is actually on the inside of the card.  I love a good fun fold card and generally have at least two or more fun folds in my card club kits.  If you would like to know more about my card club see this post here.  The December club is closed and the January club blog post will be out on January 1st.  The January club will feature the wildly flowering designer series paper.

This card was done by my good friend Donne.   She is also a Stampin’ Up! Demonstrator.  I love how she created this winter scene with dies and an embarrassing folder.  Night of Navy and white are my go to color combination for creating winter cards and I love how her card turned out.  Those little snowflake jewels are the perfect accent for this winter scene, love, love it!

This card was also created by another Stamp camp at Home card club member Debbie.  The background on this card is stunning with its green foiling leaves, it’s just beautiful.   The little strip of red ribbon accent piece behind the sentiment, makes this card pop even more.  The Nests of Winter designer series paper was my featured paper pack for the December Stamp camp at Home card club kit.  This foiled print was not from the paper pack.  This card was created using the October Nest of Winter paper pumpkin kit.  This was truly a stunning Paper pumpkin kit, if you are not a subscriber yet, I would think this card would sway you in the direction of becoming a subscriber.

This beautiful Christmas card and handmade ornament was sent to me by Clara another Stamp camp at Home card club member of mine.  She did a fabulous job on this gorgeous Christmas card and that ornament is simply stunning. I wish you could see it in person. She also stamped the backside and wrote my name and the year, so I will always remember getting this beautiful ornament.

Wow, aren’t those all stunning handmade cards?  I love the variety of supplies and stamp sets used and the craftsmanship is beautifully done.  I’m so thankful for my Stampin’ Up! family as well as my customers who truly made this Christmas, extra special with all their handmade Christmas cards.
