I went to the local coffee shop yesterday and met with some of my stamping friends; everyone was making different projects and giving away things they had duplicates of or just didn’t need anymore.  This got me thinking about today’s project.  I did this same project about 10 years ago I think; different stamp sets different paper but same concept and dimensions.

It’s nice to have a gift or a couple of these as gifts this time of year.  You never know when you might meet up with someone and this is the perfect gift to give to them.   Everyone can use a little card and who doesn’t like chocolate?

My cards are 2 different designs and you create 3 of each for a total of 6 cards.  You could easily make 6 different cards but I like cutting up the 2 different designs because they come together very quick and easy; if you had 6 different designs it would take a bit longer to create.

I used the Hammered Metal Embossing Folder on the Copper Foil on this card.  The ornaments were stamped using Versamark ink and then embossed using Copper Embossing Powder.  The coordinating Gleaming Ornaments Punch Pack makes these quick and easy.

I used the Hammered Metal Embossing folder on the Night of Navy Card Stock on this card.  This time I cut the Gold Foil with an oval die and placed it behind the ornament.    The Holly and Berries were stamped and embossed with Copper Embossing Powder on Very Vanilla card stock and then colored with the Night of Navy Blends.  I then hand cut them out.
