Here is my take on the sketch:

I started by going thru my scraps of DSP and came across the Polka Dot Parade DSP #126902 $10.95. There was my Real Red and Marina Mist paper. Now to throw in a little Summer Starfruit 3/8″ Stitched Satin Ribbon #126846 $8.95 and there is my color palete. To choose a stamp set I layed out my papers and the Summer Starfruit ribbon and immediately the I Dig You #122720 $27.95 or #122722 $19.95 stamp set came to mind. The rest just fell into place.
