Today is Tuesday’s Tips and Techniques on my Facebook page at 7:30PM EST I will show you the Shimmered Embossed Backgrounds.

This is another fun technique using the Frost White Shimmer paint.

I used the Pinewood Planks embossing folder to do this technique but you can do this technique with other embossing folders as well.
