Stampin’ Up! Magnolia Print and Detailed Bands

This is the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper and the Detailed Bands Dies from Stampin' Up! Details on my blog here: https://wp.me/p59VWq-aa2 . #stampinup #dies #magnolia #thestampcamp #cards

Today I have another Magnolia card for you but this one features the Magnolia Lane Designer Series Paper and the Detailed Bands Dies.   This paper is hands down my favorite piece from the whole Magnolia Lane Designer Series paper pack.  All the prints are just beautiful in the pack but this particular print had me the second I saw it.  I think it is the black background and the white Magnolia’s with a hint of the Petal Pink; so striking.  I love Black and Pink together and maybe that’s why I find it so striking.

Oh how I love dies and these New Detailed Bands Dies are Gorgeous!

The Detailed Bands Dies are bundled with the Band Together stamp set.  This bundle is sure to be a favorite.  In fact I may have to feature it one of these months; what do you think?

You will find these dies to be intricate and just beautiful.  They also have an oval that fits perfectly inside this intricate piece on today’s card.  You will also find 2 other Band type dies in the collection for a total of 3 banded dies; each a bit different.

I think this banded die set will make some gorgeous boxes, bags and tags as well.  The banded look gives me ideas for 3D type projects.  Do you like to see 3D projects?  If so, which projects are you more apt to recreate; boxes, bags or tags?

I love to get your input because it helps me for future blog post to know what it is you like to see.  Are you a card person, scrapbooker, 3D project person; let me know what you like best.  Which blog posts are you more drawn to?

The sentiment is from the Detailed Bands Dies Bundle in the stamp set called Band Together.    I like how the dies look like they have a band that wraps around your cards.  I guess that’s why they called it the Band Together Bundle; hahaha

I did pop up the die with the sentiment on the card so you could see all the detail in the die.  I first cut the largest Oval framelit out of Basic Black card stock and put that behind the die piece to help it pop on the paper but, I didn’t like how it looked so decided by popping it up on the card front you could see all the detail; plus I hate to cover up that gorgeous printed paper.

To finish off the card as usual a couple of the gorgeous Pearls.

This sentiment could be used for multiple occasions; Wedding, Birthday, Anniversary, Bridal shower.  What would you use this card for?  Do you have an event coming up that this card would be perfect for?

Hi Glenda. I’m a Glenda also, from Saskatchewan Canada. Where are you from? I was just looking for a card that uses background paper and came across your Magnolia card. I have all the product as I am a Demonstrator here in Canada, but I really like your card idea.
