This is a Ruffled Ombre Technique created with the Ruffled Dynamic Embossing Folder from Stampin’ Up! This particular embossing folder is on the Retired list so if you like the ruffled look and with the Ombre technique this is so pretty and quick and easy.

The sentiment is from the Climbing Rose stamp set from the Occasion Catalog also on the Retired list.

To get the different layers to fit into the embossing folder I glued 1″ strips of each color onto a piece of Whisper White card stock 4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″.

I ran the Bermuda Bay ribbon around and popped the card up onto a Whisper White card base using dimensionals.
