Today’s card was created using the Flower Power Stencil and the PanPastels. For this technique I did the Poppin Pastels technique with a bit of a twist incorporating the Flower Power Stencil into the technique.
It turned out pretty well; at least I thought so. Using the stencils with the Clear Pigment ink pad actually made the PanPastels pop and the colors were far more vibrant.
The Flower Power Stencil is actually an 8 1/2″ X 11″ stencil with 4 separate prints; I cut them into (4) 4 1/4″ X 5 1/2″ sections giving me 4 separate stencils.
I tied the new Lemon Drop Ribbon around the side of the card tying it into a bow.
The sentiment is from the Mini Greetings ATS stamp set which is an awesome deal at $8.95 for 15 stamps and each sentiment fits perfectly in the Tag Time Punch. This ATS stamp is a must have in my book.
I stamped my sentiment on the vellum using Clear Pigment ink and then embossed with White embossing powder. I used the Tag Time punch to punch out my tag and add it to the card front.
