Tonight I will be creating an Easter Basket using the Welcome Easter stamp set.

Join me LIVE tonight at 7:30PM EST on my FaceBook page or YouTube Channel “the Stamp Camp”.  I’m going to show you how to create this fun Easter Basket using the Welcome Easter stamp set.

This little basket has the little lamb from the stamp set on it and tonight I’m going to be making the little chick.  Sophia and Gigi will love their little Easter baskets.

It’s hard to see in the photo’s but I colored the lamb with the Wink of Stella brush making it shimmery and sparkly.

The basket is made of Petal Pink card stock with the Subtles Designer Series Paper on top.

The basket holds 3 of the small sized Easter eggs.  Since Sophia and Gigi can’t have candy we fill their eggs with quarters and give them a bank to put their money in.  Sophia will have to do Gigi’s this year as she is still too little.  It’s funny because they were over on Sunday and Sophia found the eggs and opened one up thinking they had money in; when the egg was empty she looked at me and said “What happened?”  Hahahaha I said the Easter bunny hasn’t come yet; you have to wait.

I love this little basket. The first 3D project I ever made many many years ago was a basket similar to this. Last night before bed I thought of this and basket and made a mental note to get some started for Easter decorating Thanks for the reminder I need to make some of these.
