Plus, do you want to know what’s even better?  I have a very simple One Sheet Wonder pattern to share with you to make the most of your paper pack.  With just a few supplies you probably already have on hand you can create a pile of these beautiful cards in a flash!  With just one 6 x 6 sheet of the Fruit Salad Designer Series Paper, you will create 2 cards.

Let’s dive into these fun and easy cards:

All 6 of the cards you see here are done exactly the same way the only exception is the colors of cardstock that I used on the card bases and matting.  Each set of cards has a Thick Basic White base and then I pulled a color from the print for the second card.  You can easily make all your card bases white and use a coordinating color from the print for the accent pieces and strips.

When cutting the card bases I cut each pair the exact same way.  The Basic White card in this pair was cut 5 1/2″ X 8 1/2″ scored at 4 1/4″.  The Daffodil Delight card base was cut 5 1/2″ X 8 1/2″ and scored at 4 1/4″ and then I cut 1″ off the right-hand side of the card front.

The Fruit Salad Designer Series Paper is cut the exact same way for all 6 of the cards.  First cut your designer series paper at 5 1/2″ leaving you with a 1/2″ strip that is 1/2″ x 6″.  You will then cut the 5 1/2″ X 6″ at 3″ giving you 2 pieces that are 3″ X 5 1/2″; one for each card front.  You will then use the 1/2″ X 6″ strip on the inside of the second card as shown cutting off the excess.

You know One Sheet Wonder cards are my jam so you will be seeing lots more with this 6 x 6 paper pack, this is just the beginning.

When cutting these two cards I cut the 1″ off from side of the Basic White card base and added a strip of Real Red cardstock 1 1/4″ x 5 1/2” to the inside and then added the cut off Fruit Salad 1/2″ x 6″ to the top and trimmed off the excess.  The 1″ that I cut off from the side of the first card I cut down to 2 strips 1/2″ X 5 1/2″ and used them on the second card as my mat pieces behind the Fruit Salad Sale-a-bration paper piece.

Maybe it is just me but when I see an apple print, I always think of cards for teachers.  They probably think oh boy another apple item.  I wonder where that tradition came into play.

The sentiment on all the cards is from the FREE Sale-a-bration Heart Shaped bundle which is free with a min. $120.00 order.    I also used the stylish shapes dies and a few circle punches.

For the last 2 cards I wanted to bling them out a bit so I added a few green dots.  The cards were created exactly the same as the apple cards, I just changed up the accent pieces and the bases to Garden Green.

This template is super simple and can be used with all the prints in the Fruit Salad designer series paper pack.  You can easily use whatever sentiments you have on hand for whatever occasion you need a card for.
